In September 2020, we began offering no-charge delivery to addresses in Canada. We reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time. As of April 2021, we regrettably had to start charging for deliveries to YK, NT and NU as a result of increased costs from Canada Post. If your ship-to address is in the North, the Free Shipping option will unfortunately no longer be available to you.

The free-shipping option for deliveries to standard addresses in Canada applies in the following ways:

 - all shipments (except those for INK ONLY, see below) are sent via Canada Post with parcel tracking. Lead times vary greatly.

These are estimates provided only as guidelines.

SmartpenCentral is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit. In the event of a serious problem, we will make efforts to assist you as best we can.

To customers in Canada and the USA, orders for ink cartridges that include no other items will be sent by regular mail WITHOUT shipment tracking. The same lead times apply.

Returns Policy

UNOPENED BOXES:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

OPEN BOXES:
We do NOT accept returns for products whose boxes have been opened. SmartpenCentral is a distributor, acting in good faith, and experience confirms that future customers are unwilling to purchase open-box items even with large discounts. A reimbursement to a consumer is a 100% loss.
